Centered on the merger of Factory G2 into Masco Concept, this initiative aims to create a single, unified, and future-ready production platform built on the principles of the SmartLean Agility™ Framework.
Project Scope
- Capacity Integration: Sewing capacity from Factory G2 is being transferred into Masco Concept, streamlining resources under one cohesive platform.
- Cutting Room Expansion: To absorb the increased demand, the cutting room at Masco Concept is being expanded and re-engineered for higher throughput, improved material flow, and agile planning.
- Unified Sewing Floor: The ultimate objective is to build an integrated, agile, and competitive sewing system, capable of adapting quickly to style variability, order fluctuations, and customer demands.
- Pilot Model for Scale-Up: Masco Concept will serve as the model factory, providing a blueprint for rolling out similar changes across other sewing floors within the group.
